Elka Miste

Elka Miste (Lara van Osenbruggen) is a Techno and Tech House Producer of Dutch Samoan decent, born in New Zealand and now based in Bali. As a classically trained musician in Piano and Saxophone and prolific vocalist, she initially studied Painting and sculpture at the National Art School of Australia. Gigging part time as singer songwriter on guitar a few years later began her studies as a Sound and Production Engineer at S.A.E and her love of producing music grew from there. Armed with her MPC 2000 drum machine she then became a hiphop DJ and moved to London to pursue musical expansion. It was when she moved to Edinburgh she soon found her true passion with Techno and began her journey as a Techno DJ in clubs around Scotland. Now based
