DISCOTEK ED

Discotek ED aka Eduardo Herrera is my disco-infused house music project where I experiment with blended elements of traditional house music, tech-house, funk, and disco. Some of my main influences include Giorgio Moroder, Daft Punk, Todd Terje and Patrick Cowley. Some of my work includes remixes of Fafa de Belem for the Brazilian label “Joia Moderna”, the remix of Adriana Calcanhotto – Vambora and the original “Rave with the Discotek” released on Last Drop. Born in Brazil and UK-based for the past 20 years, I’ve been a DJ since 1984 and witnessed the birth and blossoming of Electronic Dance Music. Nowadays you can catch me every Saturday at The Railway Tavern in Clapham North, Southwest London.
