On the heels of the bands first album "Songs from the Womb", CenterPeace has released a new 4 song EP "Earthbound" through German record company Bloodsugar Records (a division of Sony). In addition to doing a solo artist EP release with CenterPeace, Bloodsugar is also adding selected tracks from the bands first release "Songs from the Womb" onto its "Global Chill - Electronic Downbeat" compilation CD's such as "Sugar Lounge Vol. 3", "Luxury Chillout Vol. 1" and "Chillin Sugar Vibes Vol. 2" to name a few.As opposed to "Songs from the Womb" where he collaborated with 9 different writers and used 15 musicians, Dave decided to do all of the songwriting and tracked most of the instruments himself on this EP. Enhanced only by vocalist Neeyah Lynn Rose's brilliant performances on "Beautiful Sound" and "Tame my Tiger" and embellished with guitar work throughout from Orbel Babayan, this new EP for Bloodsugar is a step in a new direction for CenterPeace. A slightly different sound but what remains is their unique World Pop sound which was debuted in the group's first release. Now with two releases from CenterPeace, Dave Haddad is rapidly gaining high acclaim as a songwriter & producer with more than just a fleeting knack for producing quality original music. These four new songs from CenterPeace have more of a New Age feel to them while still retaining that electronic downbeat foundation. Beginning with "Celestial Rockets" and ending with "Tame My Tiger" this EP entitled "Earthbound" is music for the headphone enthusiast and will surely take any listener on a sonic journey to the cosmos and back.
