Brando Calmonte

Brando Calmonte is an Italian sound hacker, vinyl defender, DJ and music producer as BRANDO, live electronics performer, and sound designer as Akousmatikoi. His musical career began at a young age, approaching the study of instruments such as electric guitar and classical piano. In these years of important artistic maturation he has been able to acquire the elements that form the basis of his musical concept, absorbing the influence of Rhythm & Blues, Funk & Soul and those sounds typical of Metal distortions. He is currently based between Bassano Del Grappa and Berlin, where in 2019 he achieved Electronic Music Production & Performance Degree with first class honours at Dbs Music Berlin.
