Decades ago, from parts unknown of a dark galaxy, an alien life-form was on a routine scouting mission in search of new planets to plunder. The alien met with an ambush and narrowly escaped by crash landing on Earth. After the impact, the alien’s ship was near inoperable and the alien was left badly wounded. It quickly used most of it’s remaining energy to dig into the Earth’s crust to avoid detection. Both the alien and ship laid dormant as they regenerated. Years passed and the ship’s sensors picked up something similar to the alien’s home language; electronic rhythmic compositions of varying sonic frequencies. Despite not yet being at full power, the alien sprang to life and sought out the source of signals. After some surveillance the alien met with a quaint sub-culture of nocturnal Earthlings. Through the dark rooms, flashing lights and rhythmic music the alien’s mission became clear: To harvest the kinetic energy ofthese dancing beings to regain full power and then take over the planet. The alien promptly began it’s plans by assuming an identity called “Alex Ridley”. From there it learned how to operate various performance mediums to get DJ bookings at venues to absorb energy from the crowds of people. From deep within in it's spaceship laboratory Alex Ridley creates original works and remixes to push to the masses, encoding them with mind-control frequencies. His efforts eventually got notice from techno veterans Woody McBride and Lori J Ward. It wasn't long until the notable Angel Alanis remixed one of Alex Ridley’s mind control tracks and introduced him to Transplant Recordings. This got Alex Ridley remix support from Dave Ruff, Tyler Trigger, SVAST, Luke Fire and Deetech. Realizing the strength in numbers, Alex Ridley has teamed up with Dave Ruff to create their own record label and have begun to recruit others who share their desires for world domination. Their diabolical schemes flourish as they push the sounds of Re: Define Records.
