Ex-Public Domain producer James Allan has produced a beautiful and melodic smooth piece of trance music. The Original Mix, with its echoes of Solarstones 2002 classic eRelease, eRise of the Suns moves gracefully at a sedate BPM as James builds a warm atmosphere before slowly unveiling the melodic hook at the breakdown (where were treated to some classy breaks). The full beauty is then released and built upon retaining a welcome crisp clarity. Providing the main remix is Dublins Paul Webster, a stalwart of the harder trance scene. An offbeat sub and driving filtered stabs build the groove, and the hook is unleashed within a string-enveloped breakdown. Post-break Paul keeps things simple-but-effective for maximum club impact, and adds an extended outro for D|J appeal. Added here is a rare remix from El Salvadors Manuel Juvera, a warm deep progressive house mood is created by live bass guitar and a crunchy percussive groove. Piano, pads and guitar combine at the breakdown with some slick rolling breakbeats before the bassline drops and the track flows on. Three different mixes and one classy package.
