FreshFood Music release No 21 offers a very enjoyable special project. Label s bosses Angelo Pomposo & Giuseppe Sorrentino present Kitchen Sound EP, a simple and effective Tech-House release with a very particular sound. All samples have been recorded during our daily cooking, then tweaked and mixed with various FX, and they include: knives cutting food, forks, spoons, water sounds and voices from the market . The release reflects the FreshFood style of continuous search for new sounds and ideas... and while this new release takes a more experimental sonic approach, it remains a high quality outing which offers some effective dancefloor weapons for DJs looking for something a little different from the average Minimal Tech-House sets. All the tracks are taken from the actual Live set played to accompany the Live Concept and have been especially edited for this EP Eat Our Music!!!
