Following on from the huge success of FAF001, Form and Function are very proud to present "Pretty Criminals - For The Lovers" including Maxim Lany remix, with instant support from Seth Troxler and Maceo Plex. Pretty Criminals enter in the frame of two purveyors of deep grooves who accidentally collided into each at a party, in all places South East Essex. After the initial enthralling conversation, "Nice tracks"; "Thanks", they decided to meet and see if they could propel this love at first listen relationship to it's cosmic fulfillment. That didn't happen, so they decided to concentrate on making music and thus Pretty Criminals were born. Since inception they have always tried to keep the ethos of the groove and this has seen their tracks being signed to such labels as Lost My Dog, Sure Player, Open Bar Music, Electric Sheep, Endemic Digital, Hype Muzik, Unrivalled Music and Stripped Records. On remix duties we have Maxim Lany - Born, bred and residing in Ghent Maxim has been into music for as long as he can remember. The record collection of his parents quickly led him to the game of dj'ing and he has not looked back since. Starting with playing at the very underground 'The Sound' parties in his hometown, it did not take long before people took notice of Maxim's dj'ing skills. Thanks to residencies at trendy places such as Culture Club, Decadance and Poplife, he undeniably became one of the main players on the Belgian music scene. Like any self-respecting dj Maxim also ventured into music production and he has released several well-received tracks over the past years.
