"It Began in Africa …": Wiseman TheFamous, real name Otsile Wiseman Tshebo, was born and raised in Botswana where House music forms 80% of every nightclub and radio station playlist. With such a heavy House music influence running through his veins it wasn’t surprising, after Otsile moved to the UK to study at Cardiff University, that he started DJ’ing at college house parties and clubs. His interest and passion for music was now truly awakened, and wanting to learn more he attended a part-time DJ course at the DJ Academy UK, where he studied producing and was encouraged to experiment with all kinds of genres from Hip Hop and Drum & Bass to Tribal House.
