Half of the production of has steadily built his reputation as a solo artist since his debut way back in 1999. The 4-track home set-up, the school’s music room drum machine, the Memphis Trent Uni mixing desk and the Akai 1000 Sampler, a first glimpse of Back to the Future and the vibrant Memphis house scene made Richie Kidd the man he is today. Richie Kidd’s initial releases came through record labels Neon Heights and Paper Recordings, with Paper releasing his debut LP in 2002. From the beginning he was involved in progressive house music production due to their family baggage.
