Billowski ("Bill-ov-ski") is a Tech House producer from Manchester, UK. Blending elements of house and funky house. Billowski has been programming music since the 90’s, starting with a humble Atari ST and Sampler and progressing to working with some of the most famous (or should we say notorious) acts in the Manchester music scene and beyond. 2024 sees the Launch of WareHouseCityRecords, with his business partner as a shameless vehicle to release his own music without constraints..
