P-rez

P-REZ, a.k.a. Steve Perez, began his DJ career in 2001. His extensive background as a drummer has always played a huge part in his funky style and rhythmic sound. His love affair with the 303, and the acid sound, also plays a prominent role in his sets, as well as in his own productions. He has over 20 releases under his belt on various labels, including his own imprint, Not So Fast Records. Although he believes "the funk shall set you free", before you know it, he'll have you on a trip deep into your own cerebral cortex with his spacey, hypnotic, wonky sounds. No matter where you may be in your journey, the groove is always with you.
