As KMKZ (read: KAMIKAZE), Gerald Prayogo and Ken Amara Rakasena are the dynamic duo who refuse to be bounded by certain genre. From EDM to non-EDM categories, you name it, they are in the game to get your groove on.

United in 2014, they both took a leap from being solo DJ and Producer to then widen their horizon by creating a collaborative project together. Gerald is the melody-maker and sound engineer, while Ken, a.k.a. EUDA catches beats and patterns. The pair made their way into the crowd and received acknowledgements from winning competitions, such as; winner of 'Ba Ba Boom' Dub Youth Remix (year), 'Drop that low' Angger Dimas and South Central Remix (year) and runner up in The Remix season 2 (year).

The name KMKZ is translated into tracks where they created very distinctive oriental percussive sounds. Groove, turn up, bass, party and fusion are the main characters of their music. From Drum 'n Bass, Trap to Hip Hop, they assemble versatile tunes that even new listeners can adapt quickly on the dance floor.

"Music is a constant innovation," they said. Their personal ambitions in music goes beyond the spectrum of mixing tunes. The challenge is to get out of comfort zone and manage artistic egos to make tracks that everyone can enjoy. It is not an easy task, yet apparently making music has become their daily dose of dopamine.
