So much can be said about blazing hot House Music producer Dennis Ferrer and his brand new debut album forthcoming on King Street, The World As I See It. This is a collection of Dennis' original, never before-released introspective culmination of over 15 years of experience.

Ferrer's overall concepts for The World As I See It, having written and produced practically each and every song on this album, save for 'I Can't Imagine' co-written with NYC vocalist, Selan, and Mia Tuttavilla on 'Touched the Sky', cover a wide range of genres and the gaps are bridged with little effort. From the vocally R&B-influenced 'I Can't Imagine' & 'How Do I Let Go' to the ever-so-deeply soulful 'Underground Is My Home', which easily hit #1 on Traxsource.com as well as underground clubs and internet radio in NYC & London before promos were even serviced. More styles are represented here from the more Afro-beat-ridden 'Run Free' & 'Change the World', to the ones that will TRULY take you to your choice place of worship, 'Church Lady' & 'Reach 4 Freedom'. Further to his perspective, we hear the housey 'P 2 Da J', the Afro-tech-ish track 'Transitions', and subsequent 'Son of Raw', whose style is reminiscent of the global crossover monster 'Sandcastles'. His take on using relatively unknown singers is proof that one doesn't need a 'star' singer to make a good record. Truly being the case, all the singers showcased on this album Jennifer Morrison, Mitch Williams, K.T. Brooks and others have stellar voices and only serve to fortify the astounding production qualities.
