Xavier Seulmand is a legend of Parisian circuit party ...
His career began on January 1st, 1983 at the Mill Gambais nightclub that he was regularly.
One year later, he moved to Paris and became resident of the BH for 2 years, then the Club, St Denis from 1986 to 1997. From 1999 to 2004, he became the iconic DJ of the Butch evenings, the first weekly night dedicated exclusively to muscular gay guys..
At the same time, he also plays at the Palace, La Scala, the Queen, the Elysee Montmartre, La Loco, The Empire, on the Concorde Atlantique boat, at Maxim's, the Palais de Tokyo, the Mix, L'Etoile, at Regine's, the Bains-Douches, and for very many underground parties like Dispatch, Blaukaus, Submission, Atmosphere, Fusion, Crazyvores, Home Deluxe, Space of Sound (Paris, Madrid), Juice (Amterdam), Gus Deluxe (Brussels, Paris, London) ...
Very quickly, he is recognized and acclaimed for his musical style and his very fluid sets. He mostly paved the way for progressive house into the French clubbing scene.
Later during the 2000s, he devoted himself to producing music for clubs, made many remixes (Issac Junkie, Depeche Mode, Devdas, Zera Vaughan, Katy Perry, Ysa Ferrer ...), and worked with other DJs like Nicolas Nucci or composer Cyril Morin.
In 2009, he became resident at nights '20 000' at La Loco, then at the Scene Bastille, and played with Peter Rauhofer at the Elysee Montmartre at the beginning of 2010.
He is currently a resident DJ of Cox Bar Paris and a very prolific producer for RESOLUTION RECORDS !
