For all of ya'll, saying what the hell- here's a project from CHICAGO, to make you yell. Johnny Fiasco produces his first Guidance release under the name "Straight No Chaser" (GDR007). Fiasco, who has previously released records on 83 West, Cajual, Relief, and Large, delivers an EP that's tight like Frank Lloyd Wright. The first side features vocalist Michael in two versions of "Turn It Around". The Red Dog Dub is a happy, housier track that will make the crowd roar. The other mix is a down tempo experiment which displays Mr. Fiasco's versatility. The B-side is the bastard brother of the A-side. "Apple Jax" and "Kryptic" are unadulterated, floor stompers that won't let you leave. Let me clear my throat, that's all she wrote.
