to celebrate 50 releases, forensic records give you 2 brand new mixes of the classic "so get up" by underground sound of lisbon. To many Underground Sound Of Lisbon’s inspirational “So Get Up” was the late Tribal Records finest moment, It truly is a record that without any argument can be called “a classic”.
So when we received an unofficial mix from Liverpool producers Rob Jay & Colin Airey better known as Mirabeau we got a little bit excited. The reaction the mix received in the sets of label head honcho Scott Bradford got us even more excited, so much so that we set about the long and arduous task of licensing the track. Luckily a close relationship with DJ vibe and Antonio Cunha of Portuguese label, Kaos Records enabled a deal to be struck.

The Mirabeau mix takes the original vocals and layers them seamlessly over a twisted, tech funk backing track, with a breakdown that never fails to get a dance floor moving.

Also on offer we have a mix from Damaged People, a brand new studio project from Lexicon Avenue’s Scott Bradford & Mark Armstrong and Mark Lowry of (S-Low / Mardel).
The Damaged People mix takes a much deeper electronic house approach with a real old school feel.

We can’t think of a better way to celebrate our 50th release.
