The German duo "Sofian & Jule" drop their debut on Lauter Unfug. The "Sleepless" EP is a 3 track composition that is perfect for the late night or better to say early morning after hours. The original track manages to create a continuous groove with it's shaky percussion and an outstanding bass line who will guarantee the attendants attention at the club. Chris Wood´s reinterpretation still puts a lot of weight on percussive elements but the bass comes from a nice 808 tom which creates a very interesting rhythm. Kenneth´s version of the track generates the interest of the people with some very trance and outstanding stabs. The "Sleepless" EP is a deep and still driving EP that most likely will find it's ways onto the dance floor during the early hours.
