The original version of "Slave to the Music" by dutch Eurodance group "Twenty 4 Seven" (feat. Stay-C and Nance) was released in 1993 and was produced by Ruud van Rijen. The song charted all over European countries, topped the international charts as well in Australia and became a significant worldwide hit during the summer of 1993. Today it counts to one of the biggest Eurodance-Hits of the 90s and is still getting played on 90s revival-parties. Nance left the group in the late 90s and other female singers came in between for the Stage-Shows. Since 2010 singer Li-Ann has taking over for stage and for the studio recordings. More than 20 years later and with her on vocals Ruud van Rijen now made a re-recording of "Slave To The Music" and a bunch of the best European producers made remixes with the clubsounds of today.
