First up is the Original Mix which intros with a nice punchy kick and a sweeping pad that cascades beautifully through the track. A smooth and subtle bass sits perfectly in the groove allowing those pads to shine. Crispy hats and sharp claps gather pace and give of a cool rhythmic vibe. The break is a beautifully constructed sequence filled with those cascading pads as well as subtle melodic phrases and sweet sounding vox before getting back into the main groove with a very cool arp sequence in tow. Top notch stuff and an absolute delight to listen to, a must have.
The Dub Mix provides a slightly modified arrangement with an emphasis on extended drum patterns and less vox. The same upbeat vibe as the original with just a few subtle changes.
Onez!e steps up for remix duty and delivers an epic take. Onez!e debuted back April this year with This Is Dream and subsequently remix Chris Harris' What's Left Of Them with much support on both. Here he beefs up the groove with a fantastic uplifting progressive house workout. A solid percussion led intro paves the way for a big chunky kick that really gets the track on the move. The track progresses with a superb arp that fades in bringing its warm glowing presence into the groove. Cool transitions bring many wonderfully constructed elements to the sound. The droning bass tone is the perfect companion for those arps and comes to prominence on the break where the melodies shine alongside that wistful vox. Just the tonic for those Autumn parties where the Summer blues can be washed over.
July 2014 saw TFC debut on Bonzai with Joey.L with great support coming in, delighted to see him back on remix duty. The intro sets of with a cool bass sequence as melodic arps fade through alongside sweeping vox sounds. Nice chunky kicks join in followed by crispy hats as the rhythms begin to form. A mesmerizing ahh vox takes centre stage here as you find yourself drawn to its lulling nature. The break is a superb collection of strings, pads, FX and more, culminating in a euphoric sequence. Top quality stuff that will be featured in many sets no doubt.
Lastly we have Aquamatica which intros with a very cool bass pulse and rhythmic percussions. A nice punchy kick sets the track on course as the bass begins to transform into a much tougher version. The first break unleashes a fantastic arp filled with warm tones and melodic flavours that transform and filter beautifully. The bass is the big player here as it takes on many facets keeping the groove flowing. On the main break we get a smooth melodic sequence that takes us back to the main track for the duration. Excellent stuff destined to be a big hitter among many.
