of label gems. The three-volume compilation spans 30 trax of Deep House, House & Tech House selected from the
last 10 years of label catalogue available on Beatport.
We open up the second compilation with 'See The Way' from Manchester's Lee Daley. Released during the spring of 2014, the
driving track received widespread support from the likes of Breach, Tensnake & Shadow Child on RinseFM. Next Chicago's Frank Solano debuted on Nordic Trax in 2009 with the Wunderbar EP. Taken from the EP, 'Cuddle' found its way into the record boxes of Mark Farina, Kevin Yost & Moodymanc when it dropped.
Jay Tripwire is remixed by fellow Canadian House heavyweight Fred Everything on the next selection. Fred's remix of 'Body To
Body' -- taken from Tripwire's album Gemini Soul -- is a pumping West Coast style mix that burned up the charts on its release. In
the same year producer Kelvin K returned to NT with the Blacklights & Bonfires EP, his most accomplished release. The opening track 'Wanting You' was immediately supported by Ben Watt, DJ Heather, Laurent Garnier & Fish Go Deep among others.
Following along Florida duo Latenight Society dropped The Stereo Pair EP, and the lead track 'Back To The Bump' is a classic funky
House track which gained the attention of URB Magazine, Inland Knights & Swirl People. Next up Berlin's Gawron Paris debuted
on NT in 2007 with the jackin' 'Don't Stop Dis', here remixed by Chicago-House producer extraordinaire Bryan Jones with a jazzy,
sampledelic peak-time bomb.
Vancouver House producer Jay Tripwire has long been associated with the label but his first solo release for NT is The Gastown
Shuffle EP. 'Call & Answer Feat Andrew Spence' is a signature Tripwire track with modern first-rate production and a classic
sensibility. Next, former Wamdue Kid Chris Udoh made his debut on the label in 2004 with the Bipolar EP. The first track from the
Philly producer 'Make It' is an epic, deep, driving late night track supported by D'Julz, Lee Burridge & Willie Graff to name a few.
Rounding things out Bassline Road is a collaboration between producer Matthew Bandy of Deep House Soldiers fame, and Jon
Nedza of the spiritually-minded Community Recordings. 'You Will Find It' is aimed at discerning dancefloors and appeared on the
Many Shades of House mixed by Luke McKeehan. Finally, Irish producer Gavin Boyce straddles the line between House & indie
dance on the title track from his Rooftop Soul EP (2010), a summertime anthem heavily supported by Crazy P, Roger Sanchez & Horse Meat Disco.
