Lumo, Tocaio's fourth single off his upcoming full-length, creates a late night mist of sound. Opening with the Fender Rhodes and a 4 to the floor bass drum, Lumo evolves into flourished analog synth and guitar that develops like an oncoming storm, expressing a darker undertone for Tocaio. The track calls on the works of earlier Shigeto mixed with Nosaj Thing, while paying respect to the likes of Pink Floyd and The Doors. Remix duties have been taken on by Noise Revolt co-founders Raskal & DaVoid. DaVoid's remix takes on an IDM rendition of Lumo while maintaining the four on the floor vibe. Raskal's take of Lumo explores a post-rock feel focusing on the guitars as the drive of the remix.
