The German duo Platzdasch & Dix is gracing us once again, this time with a sublime deep house EP with 3 original works and a remix of Just A Part Of Me by Sol Electrico, that lifts this song to another level.

The guys has gained a lot of traction lately with releases on oustanding labels like Tenor, HiFi Stories, Peppermint Jam and Gents & Dandy's.

The EP starts of with the beautyful Ventriloquist featuring dreamy guitar licks, sexy rhodes, vocoder lines, all sitting on top of an evolving beat. We love this one and Im sure you will too.

The next in line is Aware which got a more marching beat rubbing against a deep bassline, again sublime lovely rhodes lines and chords provides the backdrop for the sexy synth theme. Female vox samples over deep pads finishes off this sexy deep track. Oh, we love this one too...what about you?

The third and finally original work is also the EP's title track, Lufitg & Leicht. Strating off without a beat is always a risky business, but here it works. Guitar sounding chords open with synths and deep bass before beeing hit by the beat, which does not have the familiar 4/4 kick upon entering the song. Guitar licks come in and builds up the energy along with the beat and bassline. A dreamy airy track for sure.

Finishing off the EP is the duo's fantastic remix of Sol Electrio's song Just A Part Of Me, first released on their 2013 album Take Me Away on Operating System. Platzdash & Dix transforms this into a whole new tune. Just outstanding work that shows that remixes can help the original artist shine even stronger.

If you like the EP, please help us make the atists stand out. You can do this with charting them and palying their music. Thanks.
