From 1987 1994 The Waz Experience performed in the "cosmic scene" between Turino Italy Innsbruck & Munich. It was during this period that Martin Wazac AKA The Waz exp. got involved with the "Acid House & Headz" movement that started to become so popular in Austria. In 1995 he relocated to Vienna and released tracks on notable Downbeat labels Vienna Scientists Musicpark Molar and Spray Records as well as contributed to the compilation series Vienna Vibrations and the politically motivated classic Electronic Resistance. The Waz Experience has also worked with artists MC Sultan (now known as dZihan & Kamien) Sin & Martinek and cofounded the Dubware Soundsystem an Austrian collective of musicians "containing groovy Dub and House feelings all served with a touch of oriental and unusual instruments. For the Liquid Romance EP he teams up with Mr. Kju. Together they go back to their cosmic roots and delivers three stunning originals Gwendoline a sophisticated slick and spaced out marvel of downbeat disco Crystal Commitment where oriental synth layers meet warm italo bass and Liquid Romance a hypnotic slowly grooving cosmic disco banger with a fantastic bassline. Gwendoline gets two special treatments: a very classy Boogie Bass Remix by legendary Cosmic DJ Enne (www.djenne.com) who used to play alongside Daniele Baldelli and Beppe Loda and is known for his many great remixes and more recent releases as part of the band Mohear and a more upspeed funky and driving dancefloor filler by Tom Appl.
