Dessous welcomes two pioneers of the Hamburg electronic music movement: Henry and Denis. Denis Karimani, also known as Remute, has released tracks on labels such as: Traum, Trapez, MBF, Areal, Dial, Weave and Liebe Detail and has also crafted remixes for artists like Dominik Eulberg, Move D or Station17. His debut album ´´Remute´´ was released on Ladomat in 2006. Henry Stamerjohann has been a much demanded DJ since the early 90´s. His first 12´´es came out on labels like Superstition, MFS, Harthouse and Container. He took a creative break in the late 90´s before his latest releases and production work appeared on Italic and Mute between 2001 and 2003. But now he´s back with full force and fresh sound as well as a DJ residency at Hamburg´s famous ´´Click´´ club. Now, we are happy to present Henry and Denis first collaboration ´´Catabolism´´. As the title suggests, this tune melts organic and chemistry into a superb TechHouse track. Dominated by a sustaining synth-chord, percussive beats and a funky bassline-bit this tune sounds absolutely fresh. With his new album ´´Efdemin´´ and releases on Dial and Liebe Detail, Phillip Sollmann aka Efdemin is one of the hottest producers of the moment and if you listen his ´´Catabolism´´ remix you know why. He adds a huge portion of depth and groove with a deep bass-line making the tune a true dancefloor killer. ´´Retrousse´´ on B2 rounds off the EP with a deep, but forceful piece. Brilliant EP!
