Andsep

Andsep is a musical project of self-discovery. Having been passionate about music from a young age, I've often become obsessed with various styles and genres. From dance to rap, metal to trance, bandari to baladi, and house to techno, my tastes have constantly expanded, and sometimes led me astray. Each of my musical projects eventually struck me as inauthentic. By trying to sound like others, I would spend years producing in a specific genre only to grow out of it by the time the tracks were complete. I realized that the only way to make music that sounded authentic was to go deep into the core of my tastes. I needed to find what made my heart sing: what modes, rhythms, sounds, textures and patterns made up the essence of my taste. The
