Established in 2022, London-based duo BLUMITSU have cemented themselves as a force to be reckoned with, birthing one of the most exciting UK club scene partnerships in recent times. The formidable collaboration between DJ/producers and friends Bluetoof and Jossy Mitsu began with the idea to merge their consecutive Wednesday Rinse FM radio shows, creating an electrifying b2b show exploring high-octane electro and techno. This developed into them creating a concept project, with the BLUMITSU ethos based around ideals of duality, taking place in their forward-thinking beats inspired by themes of futurism, technology, and science. In 2025 they released on the legendary UK label Tempa to a rapturous reception from industry heavyweights, this was also the label’s first vinyl release in over a decade.
