Skesa (Téo Farley) is a Montreal-based DJ and producer whose cutting-edge recordings blend complex textures and percussions with the warmth of familiar sounds. His music is driven by pulsating basslines, echoed vocal chops and unexpected drum breaks, showcasing his love for old-school electronic music while incorporating innovative elements. After more than 6 years of boundary-pushing EPs, singles and remixes that explored genres ranging from hip-hop to techno, Téo’s recent sound has been influenced by his active involvement in the Montreal rave scene. This sonority is well-captured by his latest EP “Float Stop” released in October 2024 on Turbo Recordings.
