matti is an Italian producer/songwriter, DJ, and full-spectrum curator. A drummer at heart, he attended high school in New York City, where he began his journey into electronic music as part of a live project fronted by Nicolas Jaar. In 2018 he executive-produced his first album, “It All Depends,” a low bpm electronic LP by his longtime friend and collaborator Roderic. "It All Depends" came out on the Berlin label Katermukke, and a remix EP featuring Acid Pauli, Kris Berle, Pilocka Krach followed in 2019. matti’s DJing style is warm, deep, and versatile. It draws from influences across the electronic spectrum, from the earthy vibes of the Playa, to the industrial soundscapes of London and Berlin.
