Isha-D

Beverley Reppion (aka Isha D) began her singing career as one third of a cabaret trio, aged 18, touring the UK and Europe. In the late 80s, Beverley became a session vocalist for Pentagon studios, and was asked to go on tour as a backing vocalist for a band (rehearsing there) called Great and Lady Soul, who were supporting London Beat. During that tour she was spotted by the musical director from London Beat, who put her forward to be a backing vocalist for soul singer Geoffrey Williams, she went on to be his backing vocalist for his first tour signed to EMI and managed by Hit and Run music.
