Brazilian-born DJ and producer Alex Poet’s MO has always been about bringing positivity to those around him. Building a
reputation for his energetic, eclectic sets, Alex has taken his niche style and captivating energy to clubs all around the world,
including Ministry of Sound, Fabric, Croatia and Ibiza.
Cutting his teeth in London as a resident DJ for Mi Soul radio, Alex founded Hot Slice Records, the home of his last three EP
releases. These releases gained great reception in the Soul-House community, with features on Let There Be House and
collaborations since with Inya Day, with recent remix’s from contemporaries DJ Spen and MicFreak & Lee Buxton.
In the post-pandemic world, we see Alex’s sound transformed - a new sound for a new world. Striving to bring positivity now
more than ever, Alex’s style is just as energetic, with a more melody-focused and underground feel. (Insert a sun-genre here). As
always, his sound is cultivated for a hypnotic and dynamic club experience.
