White Boy Soul is the debut album release by Abe Brooks, the album was written, performed and recorded at Electric Funk Studios. The album was mixed by EMMY and GRAMMY award winning recording engineer Donal Hodgson and mastered by Mike Hillier at Metropolis Studios. Abe Brooks is the Creative Director of the Electric Funk Music label and is also known as the music artist Electric Funk, Abe was formerly the songwriter, guitar player and lead singer in the band The Friday Club, who were signed to the 2-Tone record label in the 1980s and produced by Jerry Dammers of The Specials.
