ZDS return with a re-release and re-work of their previous smash 'We Should Bang', the first version of the track was released on Deadfish and featured the sleazy and stylish vocals of one Spoek Mathambo. The newly updated version is a moodier affair, hypnotic patterns and spacey FX intertwine over a steady and straight beat that swells and dips into a frenzied climax that is sure to slay the dancefloor. Berlin residents AKA AKA step up to the plate and turn in a much darker version, mutating the vocals and twisting Spoek's original rhythms. Hard hitting drums pound away alongside the synth melody, rising to a huge finish that slips back into the original groove...riding the beat to the outro. Monkey Safari strap on the bongos for their tropically tinged interpretation, playful melodies and a light percussion skip away under the vocals. The German duo subtly stretch and twist the main synth melody as it falls back to make way for Spoeks outro, only to bring it back again with cool effect.
