For their second release, Greener introduces: Lucas Mari, one of the most stylish emerging artists from Argentinia. Before presenting his debut to Greener, Mari had already remixed artists like Kit Clayton, and Franco Cinelli, among others. Now, Mari's based in Rosario, Argentina, and after several months of intense composition, Greener proudly presents 'Paisaje Urbano', Mari's first solo work. This EP consists of 4 tracks, plus a remix from label boss Andres Zacco, who shows his strong techno, dub and house influences. Mari leads with "Verde Inconsciente", which takes us on a hypnotic and deep path, while developing an amazing mixture of soundscapes to create a solid, yet subtle piece. "Naturistic" is an undoubtfully unique track with an amazing character of its own. While built up with careful drum programming; Mari drops in unexpected moments of funkiness. "Interludio" is based on a sample clip from the first demo Mari offered to Greener, showing his excellent skills mixing techno and dub textures. In its' original version, "Calle Santiago"'s broken beats take us further down the long, dark path, showing Mari's soft old school electro influences. Andres Zacco's remix of "Calle Santiago" closes out this release, and shows us his well-defined and classic vision of dub techno: while respecting the essence of the original work by Lucas Mari.
