When Beatport approached us with the results from the Treat Me Remix Contest we were overwhelmed with the quality of the music and love people had put into remixing this Sasse classic from his recent Third Encounter album. Over 100 patricipants had reworked Treat Me and we had a very hard time chosing the winner, but eventually we chose 3 remixes which are all gonna see the day of light on a Moodmusic release. Winner is Fabien Couderc aka EMS250 from Paris who transformed the original into a sleazy, late night chugger which fits perfectly into the Moodmusic sound, dark but uplifting and just the perfect amount of creativity combined with the original parts. Runners up are Julian Wassermann from Munich and Svetosslav from Varna, Bulgaria who both took a different approach to remixing, but both versions are a very good step for these young and industrious musicians.
