To kick off the year in style, Silicone Soul’s Darkroom Dubs present a new series of vinyl releases. Inspired by early 80's Glaswiegen indie label, Postcard and their 'Sound Of Young Glasgow' ethos, they aim to showcase the hottest talent from their home city. Both these artists need no introduction. Andy Graham aka Sei A productions are impossible to categorize and that's what makes his music so unique. His recent debut album, 'Editing Shadows' has gained universal critical acclaim and the 'album of the month' accolade in Dj Magazine. 2009 is set to be his year. On the flipside is Gary Beck, who is a man on a mission - forging his own definition of techno. With releases on Minus, Edit Select and Somabeta (Soma's new digital offshoot), he is an artist with a bright future. iDj - "...a slice of pure, delicious, melodic tech-soul" Rocky (X-Press 2) – Glasgow – the new Berlin, :o Ace both.” Laurent Garnier – “I love the Sei A track, will play that” Sharam (Deep Dish) – “Jolomo is dirty sick grind down house.
