Miniminds, make their debut on Rusted Records with the Tesflay EP, backed with a remix from Italian maestros, Piatto. Miniminds, have previously released their tight, percussive techno on, 1605, Sabotage, Respekt, and 8 Sided Dice. In original form Tesflay is a shuffling, subby techno with an incredibly mechanical beats and bumpy groove. Tesflay, is the sort of simple yet hugely effective techno that will fit in any discerning DJ's box. Piatto remix of Tesflay is an infectious, drummy techno funker with uncomprimising dancefloor appeal, adding an amazing level of rhythmic detail while stretching the vox sample across the track with heavy delays. Flutters of organic melodies twist in and out of the track while Piatto also beefs up the breakdowns.
