Marcus was born and raised in the southern parts of Stockholm his influences of electronic dance music from started at an early age, back in those days he was listening to a lot of different styles of music: Hip Hop, Disco, Funk and the early sounds of Techno Pop. In the late 80's he became quite into the sounds of House and Acid House, especially after listening a local radio show that was playing the latest dance music. I heard classic tracks like Stakkers "Humanoid" and "Can you feel it" by Mr. Fingers. He was heavily influenced by artists such as Kevin Saunderson and Juan Atkins, Mr. Fingers, Robert Hood, Dave Clarke, Maurizio to mention a few. Marcus sound is a combination of mixing up a sound of Techno, Deep House, Tech House and Detroit. With many years of DJing behind me I have a big list performances all around Sweden and other countries like Germany, Bosnia, Denmark, Croatia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Czech Republic, Finland, Poland, Russia, Slovenia and Spain. In 2007 he was voted by the people as one of the 5 best EI got into producing music in the late 90's and started his first Techno label called Armalyte Records together with a childhood friend. After a few releases they felt we needed another label with a deeper touch and Physical Soul was born. A few years after the both vinyl labels where shut down. i formed the digital label Afterglow & Stork in 2007.
