Needwant present a double A-side in a bid to capture the last few remaining rays of summer sunshine. Both tracks featured exclusively on the labels Future Balearica compilation in July and now get a full release with new tracks and exclusive remixes. This double side package opens up with FETEs Song For Her that carries on where last summers coveted release The Islands left off. A sunset anthem in the making, its lapping bassline and floaty synth line instantly lull you into a state of relaxation and nostalgia for those long summer nights. The exciting Finish production duo Hannulelauri take Song For Her by the scruff of the neck and turn it into a trippy mid tempo chugger. Echoing pianos ring out over a driving beat and relentless bass line. The remix takes things up on notch from the original and provides a more dancefloor ready track. Hannulelauri still manage to capture the warm summery vibes but with that extra added kick for dance floor DJ play. On the flip side rising star Black Marlin showcases two of his amazing productions, Forest and Autumn. Forest is an instant win for any Balearic lover out there. It drips smooth refined chilled vibes from every synth pulse and piano key. Theres a real beautiful flow to this track with natural build ups and feel good focal points. Autumn is a cosmic slow burner. The warm bass lines, ticking high hats and beautiful sharper synth patterns perfectly round off what must surely be one of the most concentrated laidback and feel good releases in a while. Needwant once again prove that they are the best sun soaked Balearic tour guides out there.
