John Anderson aka Zoo Brazil, has been a firm member of the SCI+TEC family since his first release, "Crysis" back in 2008. Having followed that in August 2010 with the mighty "Match", backed by a double-header remix package from Tim Xavier, the Swedish producer returns to complete an impressive trio of releases with TEC057, "Slob."Whilst the oompah-groove of the track could belie many a definition of the title, we'll plump for the less obvious Scandinavian meaning for, 'Mudd.' Thick in consistency the lolling bassline is powerfully forced along by the weight of the Zoo Brazil's kickdrum. On the remix Cecille boss Nick Curly takes us on a heads-down march. Ghostly vocal and relentless motion make for a powerfully hypnotic rework.
