Materikaa is a Swedish indie electro pop duo formed in 2011. The band consists of Erik Liden and Mattias Axelsson. They first met in 2007 and have since then collaborated in different forms. The new music has been recorded both in Stockholm and Gothenburg, starting in the summer of 2011. Their style is influenced by electronic music, dance and pop. The album will be released in 2012 through Uniform Beat / Playground Music. The first single is called Save You With My Love. It's a strong track based around an intense bass line with a sound for the clubs, still with a fresh melody and beautiful harmonies.
