The next release on Dark Energy is by Deep Whirlpool and is called Save Me. This tech trance release is made up of the Original Mix accompanied by 2 remixes, one by Solar Navigator and the other by Bilal El Aly. The Original Mix is deep and dark and blasts away with pounding beats and percussion, emphasised by repetitive synth sounds and use of filters. During the breakdown dark wide and grainy lead synths pick out a melodic line which then builds back into the main body. The first remix is by Bilal El Aly. Inititally lighter in feel and slower than the Original Bilal builds into something deeper but still driving, hinting at things to come. The melody is presented with a powerful lead playing with fx, side chaining and filters. This is another techy trance remix. The final remix comes from Solar Navigator. With a different rhythmic feel, the melody is introduced early on in the remix with plenty of reverb and delay, the main melody remains central to this remix.
