For this release we get the ace 'Drifting Into View', probably the most emotive production we've heard from Hitchell with a piquant line zipped onto a thick deep techno rhythmn with very floor friendly intentions - and it just works a treat. 'Don't U Know Jack' is another new cut, indebted to old skool Larry Heard productions with a grooving Chicago flavour paving the way for a robust synthbass and floating ambient textures. Final new track 'Remember The Warehouse' reminisces over the good ol' days with a rough and building raw jacker sounding like the original Chicago Warehouse as heard from the ears of a particularly rightous patron 20 years later with muffled kicks leading the way to an uplifting synth line primed for deployment. Very good indeed. -Boomkat
