Daniel "StimPack" Shilovsky has been one of the Mango Alleys's top contributors for the past year, with such classics as "NoFace," "Widescreen," and most recently, "Lazy Tune". His latest anthem, "Plug Me," is a peak-hour tech house anthem in the making. The tune centers on a heavily pitch-shifted lead vocal hook and dark, cavernous soundscape. In the dramatic main break, a roaring swoosh and stadium-filling, echoing synth stab lead the track into a dancefloor-killing drop. Rising Israeli duo Flippers offer the one and only remix in the package, an equally powerful tech-house bomb. The track builds off a heavily-modulated bassline, which creates a hypnotic dancefloor swing. A variety of percussive and rhythmic effects keep the beat sounding fresh at every turn as well. In the main break, the bassline becomes more resonant and also is looped in progressively-faster intervals, leading to an absolutely gut-busting drop.
