Inspired by life long dedication to music and a rebel in the underground dance scene Santiago de Chile based producer Jeaven presents his debut on Resopal. His Playground Effects EP is a three-tracker showing his personal definitions of contemporary house/detroity-minimal - or how should we name it ? simply ... Music! Playground Effect, the EP title is a great description of Jeavens music, where everything is in constant and vibrant motion. From the the way the tracks evolve- to sound design to the beat-programing there are no presets. The title track seems to spin at two velocities at once, balancing a driving, linear groove with half-speed voices to create a sense of suspended animation.
