The Philosophy Series Volume 4 is the Aprils instalment of showcasing some of the most innovative and talented new producers breaking through the ranks. Mike Duz and John Steel open up this EP with their track Color, this tech house track is not to be missed as its starts from the outset with great crisp beats before the first lead kicks in gathering speed before the bassline starts rumbling in the background. The main feature of this track is the break where the lead picks up the hook and creates this into a hands in the air moment for all involved. Next up is The Groovedoctor and Jackin Wez with their track Spin Me Around. This is a more currently jackin grooving house number that ticks every box. This has already been described as simple but effective but many people, the bassline is funky as, the sax loops are infectious and the vocal is the icing on the cake - this is a summer track in spring..! To round of this EP is Alex Cortera Pressure Drop, this is slightly more on the progressive tech house tip, but again so simple but so effective, the loops and grooves are ground rumbling that will challenge any one not to move and shake to this. After the break the pressure drops when the extra percussion kicks in to complete this track into a sure fire winner .
