The latest Saved release comes from duo "Superhero", who deliver 2 unique tracks. The group is made up of Leon and Toky who have released under this project on only one other label Noir, and this time round present "The New York EP". Up on the A Side is "New York" which has a real funky, disco element to it with raw loops, a pristine bassline, evolving pads and vocals. Label boss Nic Fanciulli serves up a great remix that retains some of the original elements and creates an enslaving rolling groove. Rounding off the package is "Darkness Of Change". The track comes on a much deeper tip but has an addictive lead bassline and a striking vocal throughout.
