Venezuelan Argenis Brito long history in the music business has seen him as an international touring artist of solid underground repute, taking him to every major clubbing destination across the globe, as well as cementing his position as an in-demand producer, proven by a multitude of releases on labels like Crosstown Rebels, Cadenza, Mobilee, Tuning Spork and Contexterrior. We kick off with Morning Noise, a deep chunky percussion layered techie groover, slowly edging you along whilst drawing you in with its cool little squeaks and squelches. Next sees Trapped, a deep stripped back, slightly jackin swung houser, subtle changes keep you locked in, while the muted stabs glide you along. For remix duties we head to Chile, and the uber cool Pier Bucci. Releasing on many great abels including Cadenza and Crosstown Rebels its no wonder he's hot property. Like his friends Luciano and Ricardo Villalobos, Pier Bucci has combined electronica with the organic sounds of South American music. Pier Bucci remix combines rhythms and melodies with a Latin twist and a hint of German efficiency. Shuffling along with greatest smoothness, cool percussion drops and great use of the melody.
