We've a strong run of releases at Metroline over the last year so. Fantastic EPs from a diverse range of artists who continue to push the boundaries of house music. From the off-kilter techno of Audio Dependent to Octad's bebop workouts, we proud to say we've been bringing some fine tunes to the party. And to celebrate, we've brought many of those excellent artists together for this full-length comp. It's not just a collection of tracks that weren't strong enough for EPs, either. These are bombs in their own right, exclusive to this release. Audio Dependent's "Foxtail" is hypnotising, while Doubtingthomas serves up some early morning Berghain vibes and Mabaan Soul ramps things up Chi-town-style with "Keynote Sound". Matt Masters and Rio Padice both go deep with their own intense beatdown grooves while Octad lets the drums fly on "No That Jazz" and Phiorio lays down the immense beat that is "Mister Mau". "ZinZin" is a juicy peach of a tune from Room 10 that puts a grin on your chops straight away. And Safir provides a masterfully-constructed slow-burner before Solead drops some evil "Love" on us. The LP ends with the raw power of Max Faders "Bells", which takes us right back to the golden days (or dark nights) of Tresor. Italoboyz (Mothership/Get Physical): Super, super release, Ive been slamming keynote sounds from Mabaan Soul since for ages, since the guys gave me the track a while ago and it is always a track that works amazingly on the floor, especially towards the end of the set... Big up also for: Room 10 with ZinZin, i love the silliness but its jacking to the bone and I cant wait to play it this weekend Rio Padice with basic 1, he has this bad ass house sound that I dig big time. all the otther tracks reach a high standard of quality that make this one of the strongest package Ive received in a while, thank you guys!!! Safir (Metroline Limited): yeppA° is a fuckin great work of all artists. very big grooves and i luv the house-vibes. Tr1pkn1ck (Chien Collective): this is tight, phatness.. Awesomeness, great work all round. Franco Bianco (Dilek): My favorite is the track from Solead, but all tracks are HUGE! Thanks for this amount of amazing tracks. J James Huxley (Proton Radio): It's well nice. Rio Padice's track is my pick so far. Pattrix (Mutate To Survive/Retrometro): a great compilation here guys. Deep and soulful. Stefano Lotti (Minisketch): I like "Tavern", "Bells", "Live Again". Leigh Morgan (Urbantorque): Free Jazz 6AM, Keynote Sound, Bells, Mr Mau, Basic 1 and Love are all tracks I'm really digging, great compilation and I'll be supporting GregorTresher (Great Stuff): very nice compilation, my favs are the doubtingthomas and riopadice tracks. thanks!
