Polonski is a ukrainian artist from Kiev, born in 1989. He got interested in electronic music in his early school years and also studied the piano. He had his first releases as "Vokanoya" and now presents his novel sound with a new moniker. The release consists of two tracks, Marathon and Hover Over. Marathon chugs on with a pumping bassline and striking percussions. The ascending lead theme kicks in with a massive force in the break and keeps the energy flowing on the dance floor. Hover Over has a similarly deep bass line but is thematically more experimental. The main lead carries the song to the breakdown with a consistently repeating motif and accompaniment, and then starts a modulating cycle of the bass and the theme, interlaced with a pungent, hovering rise.
